With a BA in History and Diploma in Journalism, Aucklander Travis Dunbar started out as an advertising copywriter. However, his love of movies and television got the better of him. Before he was 22, Travis had seen Dirty Harry, The Wild Bunch, and Taxi Driver more than 30 times each. No wonder SKY hired him almost 20 years ago to run its Movie

channels. His portfolio soon expanded to cover SKY’s entire Entertainment offering. We’ve now thrown the Neon and SKY On Demand content the way of him and his team too. Travis is a fan of film noir, punk rock and fight sports – though not necessarily at the same time.
