Tracee Pross oversees the financial reporting and management of all KCDC programs, as well as provides oversight to the human resources and administrative departments of the agency.
Pross has worked at KCDC for more than 30 years. As vice president of finance and administration, she was the direct supervisor of accounting, procurements,
information systems and human resources. Pross helps develop mixed finance strategies and funding sources for renovation and development projects. In addition to providing oversight of budgeting and year-end financials, Pross ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
