Fleming joined Painted Pony as Vice President and General Counsel in September 2014. Fleming was General Counsel at Birchcliff Energy Ltd. for the prior five years.
Previously, she practiced law in the Calgary office of the national firm Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and
corporate governance matters.
Fleming holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Laws and a Masters of Business Administration from Dalhousie University. She is a member of the Law Society of Alberta.
