Tony is a business operations expert who has a strong drive to use technology to assist clients in defining, designing, and improving their processes. While employed by IBM, Tony had the good fortune to assist numerous firms with data integration, process re-engineering, and the development of operational improvement plans (from productivity
enhancement to increasing sales revenue). He spent fourteen years at Zebra Technologies before joining IBM, where he sat on the business side of the table and collaborated with IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Product Management, and Finance to overcome difficult obstacles. His objective was to aid teams in understanding technology from the viewpoint of business users, whether it be through the definition of important processes that are ready for improvement or the development of a strategy for outsourcing goods.Tony has an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a bachelor's degree in operations management and information systems from Northern Illinois University.
