Tony Mann has built up a reputation as being an effective facilitator who uses his expertise and skills to help organisations manage change in a participative way.
His Process Iceberg® methodology for business process improvement and change has been adopted by a wide variety of organisations and is now applied under licence in New Zealand and
through a franchise in Poland. Tony has worked with all levels of management and has worked in organisations such as BASF and Peugeot in the UK and the IESE Business School in Barcelona.
He is an accomplished speaker and yet he is able to adopt a low profile style when supporting groups as a facilitator. He has been involved in a wide range of change and facilitation interventions where the engagement of the stakeholder are crucial.
His “Change Management Dashboard” is used by organisations to map the issues that are likely to emerge during change (projects).
