Tommy has extensive experience from senior positions in the ICT sector. He worked in purchasing and logistics field for 9 years, including as a Logistics Manager within the Ericsson Group. Tommy has also worked in TietoEnator Group for 10 years in senior management positions. He has for a number of years also started and built companies in the ICT
sector, where he was CEO. He has over the years acted as Member / Chairman of various boards.
Tommy came to the Industrial Development Fund in 2004 and is responsible as the President for all investments in the field of Technology. The business area is the largest in the Industrial Development Fund comprises nine employees and has about 40 portfolio companies. Business unit invests in produkt-/lösningsorienterade companies in the technology industry. This refers to companies active in the segments ICT, Cleantech and Industrial Technology. The business engaged in active development of new businesses with the goal of these companies achieve international success in a global market.
Tommy studied economics at Frans Schartau and Stockholm University and has also attended various management courses.
Tommy sits as member of the boards of, KTH Chalmers Capital and KTH Chalmers Capital and the Swede Nanotech. In fifteen of Industry Fund portfolio company is Tommy alternate.
In his spare time he enjoys traveling, summer cottage in the archipelago, read books, music and sports activities such as running, spinning and golf etc.
