Dr. Zhang Hui graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, received Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering. Dr. Zhang Hui 1999 returned to China, he co-founded Vimicro, Vimicro 2005 successfully listed on NASDAQ in the United States is China's first overseas-listed chip design company.
2010 was elected to the Standing Committee
of China Youth Federation.
