Mr. Sullivan is a co-founder and Managing Director of the Innovation Garden.
He is also the owner of Princeton Partners, a nationally-honored brand marketing and digital advertising agency. He grew Princeton Partners from a retail creative boutique with nine employees to a 45 person integrated marketing agency serving national and international
clients before purchasing the firm in 2001. For the last seven years, Princeton Partners has been named one of the nation’s top BtoB agencies by BtoB Magazine.
Sullivan has consulted with over 200 companies including Fortune 500 and many small and middle market companies. He has played a key role in business turnarounds including Pacer International, a $2 billion transportation and logistics company and Greenfield Online which was sold to Microsoft.
In 2000, he was a founding board member and wrote the business plan that resulted in the successful financing and launch of dotphoto.com. In 2003, he developed the brand and marketing strategy for Dome-Tech Solar which was sold to Turner Renewable Energies. Mr. Sullivan also developed the strategy that led to the creation of a $100 million business for long term client Yale Materials Handling.
In 2009, Sullivan co-founded of Kinetic Learning Enterprises, aka Activity Works, a multi-media solutions company that improves the physical fitness, attention and focus of elementary school children in the classroom through cloud-delivered, curricula-based video episodes.
