Mr. Roueche has over 25 years experience in early and growth stage companies in the medical device industry. Most recently he has leveraged core competencies in market development, operations, regulatory affairs, and product knowledge to provide business strategy advice to early and mid-stage medical technology companies. In 2016, Mr. Roueche led
the sale of BioSET, a premier tissue regeneration technology company, to Ferring Pharmaceuticals. Prior to co-founding BioSET in 2001, he spent 4 years leading the new market business units in arthroscopy and interventional cardiology for InnerDyne, Inc, until the company’s acquisition by U.S. Surgical, a Tyco Healthcare company in 2000. Previously, Mr. Roueche spent 7 years with sports medicine medical device manufacturer Orthopedic Technology, Inc., where he held increasing roles of responsibility, culminating in the senior Sales and Marketing position. Mr. Roueche aided in that company’s successful IPO in 1995 and eventual sale to DePuy, Inc., a Johnson and Johnson Company in 1997.
