Tom Parling is the founder and CEO of growthvibe, an AI search optimization consultancy specializing in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). growthvibe helps brands achieve visibility, citations, and recommendations across AI platforms including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini.
Prior to growthvibe, Tom founded Ocere, a multilingual digital marketing agency that served over 3,000 clients across 30+ countries and grew to £5m in revenue with over 65% derived internationally. Ocere was acquired by European Digital Group (Groupe JVWEB/Capital Croissance) in December 2021.
