Tom Nickley is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of The Nickley Group. Tom worked in the wine industry for ten years before entering the real estate market. He was the national sales and marketing manager for a boutique wine agency that specialized in high-end boutique wines from all over the world. He acquired skills in teamwork,
marketing, and the value of creating procedures for his firm at that time. With a degree in finance and marketing, Tom left the University of Central Florida. Tom acknowledges that he owes a lot of his success to his business mentors and coaches as well as to his modest application of tried-and-true methods. Tom's family is his greatest inspiration, even if he loves the real estate industry.
