He has experience in industries including Commercial
Construction, Energy Service / Construction, Automotive Parts Manufacture (OEM and Aftermarket), Fitness, Restaurant and Insurance / Risk Management. He has experience in administrative support system implementation and business process improvement, acquisition & divestitures, ERP system implementation and implementation of LEAN/Continuous Improvement concepts. Tom’s educational background includes a BS in Math/Business from Wake Forest University and an MBA from the University of Florida.
Tom currently provides financial leadership to early stage and startup company as well as project consulting through his own company, TEM Associates in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is also a Senior Partner with Business Synergetics International, a firm focused on providing business-to-business customer satisfaction surveys and improvement solutions as well as supply chain consulting, based in Nashville, Tennessee.
