For the last 12 years Tom has worked in a variety of technology domains and specialist software creation roles. He has led development teams on consulting and internal projects and also worked as a hands-on developer of systems, ranging from large bespoke e-commerce sites to more specialist CRM and business management products.
Tom founded
YouSoft Ltd in 2007 as a bespoke software consultancy now based in Westbourne Studios, London. Tom started YouSoft having worked in web and software development for several years and the firm currently custom-builds a range of web-based solutions for around 20 companies across the UK and USA. Specialising in application architecture and interface design, Tom has an extensive knowledge of web and database systems and has used these skills over the years in working with a range of top-end firms including Porsche, Mercedes, Adidas, Audi, BMW, British Airways, FILA, Sony, RBS, HSBC and, of course, WeTrack.
He is also the CTO of VPAR, recently crowned winner of Best Sports App at the 2014 Sports Technology Awards.
Tom has a BEng degree in Software Engineering from The University of Edinburgh and enjoys hill walking.
