Tom Lin is a builder-operator and transformation leader with 20+ years launching and scaling B2B SaaS and AI ventures across Asia, North America, and Europe. Currently COO of Holy Peak Ltd. and GM of Hi-Mandarin, he conceived and architected a GDPR-compliant real-time language
learning SaaS platform, positioning the company for pre-Series A fundraising (target: $5–10M, H1 2026).
Lin's track record spans zero-to-market business creation and growth acceleration: he founded Nokia Consulting Greater China, scaling it from zero to €2.5M annually while generating 5–10× downstream solution sales; tripled revenue to $12M as COO of Pentium Network Technology through AIOps productization; and expanded Infinitiessoft's AI/ML market share from <3% to 45% in the premium segment, anchoring a $10M Series A by establishing strategic synergy with ZeroOne (Taiwan's sole Nvidia DGX distributor).
As SVP at iKala Interactive Media, Lin tripled monthly recurring revenue and orchestrated Southeast Asia and Japan expansion, pitching the global growth roadmap that secured a $5M Series A. At Ubitus, he drove >$20M in global sales through multi-million-dollar deals with top APAC telcos and platforms.
Earlier in his career at Nokia (NSN) in Beijing, Lin blueprinted and piloted next-generation OSS infrastructure for China Mobile Group—one of the world's largest OT/IT convergence initiatives at the time, integrating real-time operational data from 10,000+ base stations. At Far EasTone Telecom, he drove 40+ digital product launches, earning 2 patents and 1 global innovation award.
Lin holds an MBA from Drexel University and maintains certifications in GDPR compliance, prompt engineering, and enterprise architecture. He is an active ecosystem builder, serving as a Nvidia Solution Advisor (Taiwan), AWS EdTech partner, and startup mentor for Emerge Accelerator and KGAP+. A recognized industry speaker, he has presented at Mobile World Congress and major telco/MSO summits on digital transformation and operational automation.
