Tom Kraft joined Opes Advisors in February 2013 as Senior Vice President, Mortgage Operations. In this role, Tom is responsible for Retail mortgage operations for the organization, which includes credit and risk administration, closing, and funding functions. He will continue developing a world class customer-centric fulfillment platform supporting
the overall growth of the organization, while ensuring Opes originates the highest quality residential mortgages in the industry.
Tom has been in the mortgage industry for over 22 years and held various executive leadership positions with companies such as JP Morgan Chase, IndyMac Bank and Bank One. His experience includes all components of Retail operations, Warehouse lending, Correspondent/Wholesale lending, and Credit risk management.
Tom grew up in the Midwest and earned a bachelor’s degree from St. Norbert College and his master’s degree from the University of Phoenix. He recently moved to the Bay Area from Arizona with his family, and is proud to be part of the Opes professional family that truly embraces our customers and employees as well as strives everyday to meet our vision of helping people make effective financial decisions.
