Tom Homer is Telstra’s Head of EMEA for Global Enterprise & Services, a $AU5.5 billion revenue business unit operating as a global scale, industry-based telecommunications services and solutions business.
Based in London, Tom is responsible for developing and driving the business strategy across EMEA, along with Telstra’s relationship with
multinational corporations in the region.
As the executive sponsor for, and highly passionate about, Telstra’s customer advocacy program, Tom helped Telstra achieve its best ever Net Promoter Score (NPS) result in 2016 as well as focusing on improving Telstra’s brand with analyst and influencers. These efforts were recently rewarded with Gartner Magic Quadrant status for Global Network Service Providers for Telstra.
