Tom Cupp began his television broadcasting career in 1972 as a transmitter engineer while attending college. Since then, Tom has been involved in the design and operation of numerous studio and transmitter facilities across the country, including WJZ-TV in Baltimore. In 1992, Tom began working as chief engineer at WCYB-TV in Bristol, Virginia. Tom
became Corporate Engineer for Bluestone Television Group in 2004 and currently serves as Vice President of Engineering for Bonten Media Group.
