Tom leads Dealreporter and Mergermarket’s editorial operations across Asia-Pacific. He is responsible for developing our content in the region, notably launching coverage of the active Asian ECM market to complement our core M&A and special situations offering. Based in Hong Kong, Tom has also focused on building market-leading coverage of
Greater China, with reporters specializing in regulatory procedures as well as M&A and ECM.
Tom was previously Dealreporter’s European deputy editor, in charge of the region’s ECM coverage and covering the real estate and financial services markets. Prior to joining Dealreporter, Tom wrote on capital markets and private equity for a legal media organization.
