Tom Buscher has 20 years of experience designing and developing software for computing systems for 99.999% or better uptime. Before joining Analog Analytics and StoryCloud, Tom was Software Architect at Continuous Computing, where he was responsible for the company’s upSuite line of continuous-availability and real-time file-replication middleware.
Earlier, at AT&T Bell Labs, Tom designed numbering, routing and call-detail recording plans for the AT&T long distance network, and led the development team that created the first AT&T core network component based on commercial off-the-shelf computer technology.
Tom holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and B.Sc. in Mathematics and Physics from the University of London in addition to two US patents and 11 patents pending.
