Zhang served as the chief financial officer at China TriComm Limited from 2010 to 2013, China Sports Interactive Media Holding Company from 2009 to 2010 and at China Bio-solutions Group from 2006 to 2008, responsible for the companies merger and acquisition, corporate finance, accounting,internal control and investor relationship related matters.
Before that, Zhang worked as a manager and senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers starting from 2000. Zhang is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Account and the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Zhang received his bachelor degree in engineering mechanics from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 1994.
