Todd Ryan, Chief Operating Officer of EHPV Management Group. Mr. Ryan joined EHPV Management Group in 2007. In his role, Mr. Ryan has strategic and operational responsibility for Big Red Keno, La Vista Keno, Big Red Restaurant & Sports Bar, and Jimbo’s Diner along with 240 satellite locations in 12 communities in Eastern Nebraska.
Mr. Ryan
is a dedicated leader who consistently delivers reliable results. He develops, implements, and tracks new procedures with a focus on growth and profitability, and oversees the day-to-day operational functions and vision to drive business efficiencies. His strength is empowering his team to help them meet and exceed their goals. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ryan served as General Manager of Plant Operations for OSI Industries, LLC, which is a premier global food provider to such partners as McDonald’s. Mr. Ryan managed multiple food processing plants in Illinois, South Carolina, and Iowa.
