Todd Hills is the co-founder of Jumping Jack Cash. Todd Hills is the former founder and Chairman of Pawngo. After more than 25 years owning and operating brick and mortar pawn shops, Hills decided to bring the 3,000 year-old industry online. In 2009, Todd founded and launched Internet Pawn, now known as Pawngo, thereby creating a more discreet
alternative to traditional pawn shops. Internet Pawn captured the attention of investors, including Daylight Partners, Access Venture Partners and most recently, Lightbank, the fund started by the founders of Groupon. Following the Lightbank investment, the company relaunched as Pawngo in 2011.
