Todd Hembrough, Ph.D. is the President of Proteomics at NantOmics where he oversees R&D, operations, and the clinical proteomics laboratory. Todd obtained his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Virginia, studying the role of proteinases in tumor growth and invasion. Prior to NantOmics, Todd was a leader of the translational oncology
efforts at EntreMed, focusing on defining druggable molecular pathways and inventing new drugs to target these pathways. Todd later became the Chief Scientific Officer and Head of R&D at OncoPlex Diagnostics and Expression Pathology where he led the development and commercial launch of the first quantitative proteomic assays performed on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue.
