Todd Headley serves as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and is responsible for financial, investor relations, IT, logistics, risk management, and administrative matters for the company. He joined the company in April 2003 with 18 years of experience in finance and operations management and took it public in 2007.
Prior to joining Sourcefire,
Headley held similar positions at privately held companies in the Washington, D.C. area. He was CFO for BNX, a network access management company from 2000-2003; CFO of Riverbed Technologies, an enterprise wireless applications company from 1999-2000; VP & Controller at Roadshow International, a supply chain execution company; and Controller at POMS Corporation, a manufacturing supply chain execution company. Additionally, he served as CFO for FBR Technology Venture Partners, a Virginia-based venture capital firm. Headley has helped build and guide companies from their early stages through significant growth periods, and he has handled several M&A transactions and negotiated significant technology partnership arrangements.
Headley began his career at Arthur Andersen in 1985 as an auditor in their Emerging Technology Practice Group. He is a CPA and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Virginia Tech.
