Todd Firestone is a Managing Director at Angle Advisors and has 15 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience. Mr. Firestone has extensive experience in the energy sector and has completed over 25 transactions with a particular focus on the upstream having previously worked both as an investment banker and research analyst
covering the Exploration & Production sector. His transaction experience includes both the private and public markets having interacted with some of the leading equity funds in the energy space.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Firestone was a research analyst covering the Exploration & Production (“E&P”) sector at Evercore Partners and previously at Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York. Mr. Firestone led a research franchise covering 30 domestic oil & gas stocks and also worked on 15 E&P related initial public offerings while at Evercore and Morgan Stanley. Prior to his time in New York, he was part of a 20-person team at Vantage Energy, a Riverstone/Quantum portfolio company based in Denver focused on acquiring North American unconventional resource. Mr. Firestone began his career at Kirkwood, Weihman & Co., a Pennsylvania based merchant banking firm which made principal investments in upstream opportunities frequently alongside institutional sponsors, but also acted as an advisor to select energy clients.
Mr. Firestone holds an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado, a J.D. from Case Western Reserve, and a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
