Todd started his carrer in the service industry back in 1992 working at his families plumbing company where they operated 6 stores and had 100 employees. During his tenure there he held many hats from V.P of sales to the Chief Operations Officer where
he grew the company to 18 stores, completing over 120,000 service calls per year generating 35 million yearly in revenue.
During that time Todd ran product lead on developing 2 legacy programs one desktop and one web based to help run their service company.
After the sale of the company in 2005 the CTO spent a few years rebuilding the software and modernizing it for any service company to use. In 2006 there was a soft launch of the software and in 2008 Todd decided to work full time to build Kickserv. He brings not only his wealth of knowledge on running a service company but also on how technology should be adopted to help daily operations and expansion of sales within any service company.
