Todd duBoef is the President of Top Rank, the world leading boxing promotional company. Top Rank has staged some of the largest grossing and historic boxing events over the past 55 years.
duBoef joined Top Rank in 1993 concentrating on domestic and international media rights. Simultaneously, duBoef learned the intricacies of sweet science and
development of a prize-fighter which helped him orchestrate the careers of Oscar De La Hoya, Floyd Mayweather, Manny Pacquiao and Miguel Cotto and many others. In the early 1990s the United States Hispanic boom occurred and boxing was identified as one of the cornerstone sports properties for this growing demographic. Recognizing this opportunity, duBoef and Top Rank launched Solo Boxeo, a weekly boxing series, on Univision.
In 2017 duBoef orchestrated the shift of boxing from premium cable to basic cable by partnering with ESPN and Disney for the entire sports vertical which included linear programming, Pay-Per View and DTC. In April 2018, ESPN+ was launched with Top Rank boxing as the leading provider of live content for the new sports streaming service. Since itsThe ESPN+ platform has since amassed $21m subscribers.
duBoef was born on August 18, 1967. He grew up in Las Vegas before attending prep school on the east coast; first at Eaglebrook in Deerfield, Massachusetts; then at The Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, Connecticut. That was followed by four years at Trinity College in Hartford, CT.
