Todd Craghead is the Vice President of the Revenue Cycle Organization with Intermountain Healthcare, one of the nation’s leading integrated healthcare systems. Craghead is responsible for creating and articulating a vision that is improving operations, realizing positive financial results, and leading Intermountain Healthcare to achieve “Best FOR
the Nation” status in the revenue cycle. Todd has accountability for approximately 2,000 FTE’s who provide direct support to the 22 hospitals and more than 185 physician clinics in the areas of Patient Access, Health Information Management, Regional Business Office functions, Central AR Management, Cash Collections, Payer EDI and Central Appeals.
Todd has over 24 years of healthcare experience in hospital, provider and payer arenas working as a Finance Executive and Healthcare consultant. Prior to his role in the Revenue Cycle, Todd was a key leader at Intermountain helping to lead the transformation and redesign of the Supply Chain Organization. Todd worked as a Finance leader at a large University Healthcare system, and then with a large Managed Care Organization prior to working with Ernst & Young as a leader in their healthcare consulting practice where he led engagements with large IDN’s, state and federal agencies, commercial payers, large hospitals, and a variety of provider groups. Todd has a BS degree in accounting (1984) from Utah State University in Logan, Utah.
