Todd Brown has over 25 years of experience instructing federal, international, state, and municipal law enforcement agencies in simulated environments as well as in live-fire environments both at the officer/agent level and at, the instructor level. He holds Instructor certifications for Firearm, Defensive Tactics, OC (Chemical Agents), Baton,
and is a Master TASER™ Instructor. He played an integral role in the development of The Training Lab™ and RECON® Use of Force Simulation System. He has authored articles in national publications and has lectured nationally and internationally at numerous conferences such as IACP, NOBLE, ILEETA, and ALERRT on several training-related topics including Effective Simulation-Based Training and Instructor Development.
