Todd Zoha is an AlixPartners Director in the Turnaround & Restructuring Services practice in Chicago. He joined the firm in 2008. Todd specializes in financial and operational restructurings both in and outside of bankruptcy, as well as business transformations. Financial and restructuring advisor to TBS Shipping, an international shipping owner/operator and logistics company
Restructuring advisor to a $550-million construction products and services company, a $500-million assembler and marketer of motor coaches, a $300-million provider of temperature-controlled and dry van transportation services, and a $350-million paint manufacturer and retailer with asbestos liabilities
Todd has an MBA in banking and finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and business administration from Baldwin-Wallace College. He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors. And he is a faculty member at Financial Poise and a frequent panelist on bankruptcy and restructuring topics.
