Toby has a background in Economics and holds a Masters degree in Public Policy from the University of Bristol. He is currently the Chief Communications Office at Albert Labs, a pharmaceutical company developing a range of natural medicines for the treatment of mental health. He has past experience working in central UK Government where he led on
the technical development, strategic engagement and implementation of national policy, advising and briefing senior levels of HM Treasury and 10 Downing Street. His background largely comes from time spent operating in politically-sensitive areas, including Excise, Northern Ireland and EU-Exit where he supported the UK’s delegation.
