Toby is currently co-CEO at Shift. Previously, Toby was Managing Vice President at Capital One where he oversaw mobile banking and helped change the way customers relate to their money. He also co-founded the first on demand mobile ground transportation company –Taxi Magic– with the vision of enabling people to get around cities with the touch of a
button. Toby also has spent time in public service and led a $12 billion renewable energy and efficiency investment program for the US Department of Energy. After finishing his Doctorate at Oxford University, he worked as a project leader at the Boston Consulting Group.
