Tobias Harding began his career as an Operations Analyst at Dynamify, a B2B SaaS platform serving the food and beverage sector.
Dynamify was founded by Maxwell Harding, a private equity professional previously from Terra Firma Capital Partners, and Robert Kehres, an entrepreneur, fund manager, and quantitative trader—who, among other ventures,
notably founded the hedge fund 18 Salisbury Capital and was educated at Cambridge and Oxford.
Over the course of his tenure at Dynamify, Tobias demonstrated strong operational leadership, rapidly progressing through a series of roles. His exceptional contributions ultimately led to his promotion to Chief Operating Officer after just four years, where he played a key role in scaling the company's operations.
Tobias holds a Bachelor of Arts (1st) in Marketing and Management from Durham University.
