Toby E. Cook is a filmmaker re-imagining how premium content can be created and experienced by developing unique storytelling techniques and software.
Through his company Fablemaze, and alongside his creative partner Matt Cook, Toby has worked at the forefront of interactive video, creating groundbreaking projects such as the feature-length
choose-your-own-adventure ‘iD3’ which was serialised around the web and a first-of-its-kind education-based curriculum experience at the Melbourne Museum that allows visiting students to make their own road safety commercials (https://vimeo.com/337931292).
Stemming from Australia, Toby spent seven years working in various departments on films such as Eyes Wide Shut (1999), Black Hawk Down (2001) and Children of Men (2006). Between working on his hero's films and experimenting with technology to bring stories to life in new ways, Toby has never stopped writing screenplays and developing film and TV projects.
Toby currently has two feature films in post-production, several in development and some exciting new 'Story-Technology' on its way.
