I am an Engineering Leader with a passion for taking business dreams and making them a reality. I have extensive knowledge across all Research and Development, including best practices in backend and frontend platforms, Security, DevOps, IT Infrastructure, data, and much more. I have created from scratch fully functional, secure, automated
environments in the cloud. I have transitioned numerous products from on-premise solutions into modern-day cloud solutions—saving, budget, time, and increasing business velocity and experimentation. I have helped reimagine and recreate multiple poor-performing solutions, extracting the business value and re-architecting them into a cloud environment to push beyond their dreams. I have experience in both AWS and Azure cloud architectures.
As a people leader, I am passionate about building great teams and motivating people to live up to their highest potential. Drawing from my experience in the United States Army as a combat medic, I approach problems with a team-first mentality and triage and solve problems with a sense of purpose and a focus on outcomes, not outputs.
