Tineyi Matanda is an Investment Director at Salter Brothers Group a global funds management company with over $3 billion under management.
Tineyi oversees the private equity, growth capital and venture capital funds covering the investment assessment, transaction execution and post investment and strategic management of operational companies. He
is currently Non-Executive Director of DisplaySweet and Verrency working closely with boards and senior management of portfolio companies to create value.
Prior to this Tineyi worked at PwC in middle market advisory group focusing on mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, divestment's, IPOs, consulting and strategy for unlisted companies, venture capital and private equity firms. He started at PwC in the Financial Services Group (asset management, banking/capital markets, insurance and diversified industries), spending time in New York. Clients advised included Goldman Sachs US, BHP, Medibank, AIA, Australian Super and ClubAssist.
He was previously a Non-Executive Director of ChefGood (acquired by Marley Spoon, ASX: MMM) assisting the company with its national expansion strategy. Also a board member of the largest diversity and inclusion non-for-profit for Africans and migrants in Australia (ADA) finalist of Melbourne Awards - Multiculturalism, inclusion and Diversity Award.
Tineyi is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
