Timothy Williams is responsible for records and information management at Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE:KRC), a real estate investment trust with over 14 million square feet of premium commercial properties from Seattle to San Diego. Timothy authored the company’s Records Policy, supervises records retention and disposition, develops the
company’s document management system, and leads initiatives to eliminate paper processes, such as with DocuSign.
Prior to joining Kilroy Realty Corporation in 2016, Timothy created and managed the records departments at two of the world’s largest aircraft leasing companies, International Lease Finance Corporation and AerCap B.V.
Timothy holds a B.A. in Anthropology from UC-Santa Barbara and is a member of the Institute of Certified Records Managers.
Timothy, his wife Kelly, and their three young children reside in West Los Angeles, where he coaches amateur powerlifting.
