Timothy Walsh has served as a director of Generac since November 2006 and as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board since July 2013. Mr. Walsh currently serves as a Managing Director in the New York office of CCMP. Prior to joining CCMP when it was founded in August 2006, Mr. Walsh was a Partner at J.P. Morgan Partners, LLC. Prior to joining J.P.
Morgan Partners in 1993, Mr. Walsh worked on various industry-focused client teams within The Chase Manhattan Corporation. Mr. Walsh holds a B.S. from Trinity College and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He also serves on the board of directors of Milacron LLC, Volotea and Octagon Credit Investors.
