Timothy Ng is a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of PCS. With 25 years of investment banking expertise and technology company finance, Tim has completed 100 merger, acquisition and financing transactions with aggregate value exceeding $100 billion, including representing Synopsys on its acquisition of Avant! and Simplex and Numerical Design
on their sales to Cadence Design, among others. He is currently an Advisory Board member at TPG-controlled XOJET, and hedge fund VII Peaks Capital, and was a board member of Nasdaq-listed Magma Design Automation for seven years. He previously held senior investment banking positions with Deutsche Bank Securities, Credit Suisse First Boston, Cowen & Company and Morgan Stanley.
