Yang was Associate General Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary for Eagle Rock Energy Partners, L.P. and Assistant General Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary for AEI Energy. He also served as Senior Corporate Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary for Pogo Producing Company. Yang began his career with Invesco Ltd. as an attorney. He holds a JD from the University of Houston Law Center and graduated from Trinity University. He is a member of both the Texas and Kansas Bar.
