Tim is a Founding Partner of ABS Capital Partners. His investment interests and experience span the business services, health care, media, and communications and technology sectors. Today, Tim works closely with his companies to guide them through strategic initiatives that can help them achieve success, including re-focusing business models on
improved margins, reorganizing compensation structures to drive growth, and advising on strategic transactions that build and achieve value.
Prior to joining ABS Capital in 1993, Tim spent 16 years at Alex. Brown & Sons Incorporated, most recently as founder and head of Alex. Brown's Capital Markets Group. This group included investment banking, equity sales, trading, research, and corporate fixed income activities. In his 16 years as an investment banker and capital markets advisor, Tim helped build a knowledge-based, relationship-focused investment banking and capital markets franchise that assisted leading growth company management teams through a myriad of successful capital raises and strategic M&A transactions.
Mr. Weglicki graduated from The Wharton School and Johns Hopkins University.
