Tim is a Director of Wates, one of the UK’s largest privately owned construction, property services and development businesses – operating nationally with 4,000 employees and revenues of over £1.6bn. He started his career at Cazenove & Co. in the City prior to joining the Wates Group where he has held a number of roles around finance and
housing – culminating in Managing Director of Wates Developments and then Chairman of Wates Family Holdings. He is Chairman of the Wates Family Council – the Family Shareholder Forum – is a member of the Wates Group Audit Committee and leads for the Family on Housing.
