Tim Stringer is a veteran of the computer industry and a recognized productivity expert. He spent many years working in software development, project management, business development and sales roles in the corporate world after graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering in 1990. He's a strong advocate of living a healthy, balanced life and sees
technology as a key ingredient in this approach.
Tim founded Technically Simple in 2003 with the goal of making the benefits of technology available to everyone in a friendly and accessible manner. Towards this goal, he offers one-on-one coaching sessions and leads both public and private courses and workshops. He emphasizes a balance approach to life and business that gives priority to both the big picture and the minute details.
Tim also provides life and business coaching through his company, Coaching Life, and developed the one-day It's About Time™ workshop, that incorporates a section on self management around technology and an emphasis on living a happy, productive life. In keeping with his balanced approach to life, he has been practicing shotokan karate since 1988 and has been teaching yoga since 1999.
