For the past 20 years, Tim has played a principal role in leveraging emerging technologies for both technology and application software companies, especially at the intersection of life science and Internet technologies.
In his role as CTO and vice president, product development, Tim leads HighRoads’ expanding product development team as it
drives new innovation while optimizing the core HighRoads platform.
Tim was CTO at Phase Forward, the leading provider of clinical research software and cloud services to the life science industry. After an acquisition by the Oracle Health Science Global Business Unit, he joined Oracle as senior director of technology/SaaS strategy, guiding migration of the health science platform to the cloud supporting of the convergence of life science and health care in the evolution toward personalized medicine through large-scale, regulatory compliant analysis of combined genotypic and phenotypic data.
Most recently, Tim was the senior director of platform development for Oracle Cloud for Industry, leading the team constructing the cloud automation platform, supporting more than 50 hosted applications across all the Oracle global business units.
He has also been an executive technology leader for iConverse, Infinium Software and Voice Processing Corporation.
