Tim commenced working within welfare to work and i2i over 10 years ago following graduation from a Sport Science degree in the University of Wales, Bangor. Starting as a job search adviser, Tim has progressed and developed successfully managing multiple programmes within skills, youth and employability. He has a wealth of experience in managing
SFA, DWP and local authority funded provisions. Tim is performance driven with a consistent focus on ensuring the business performance is true, through a quality customer journeys and strict adherence to all areas of compliance. He has led and continues to lead employer engagement, management and sustainability teams and is often called on to lead performance improvement projects within the business. Tim is committed to excellence in all areas of the business and demonstrates this through his personal commitment to staff development and persistence in creating inspiring cultures within the teams, centres and regional areas under his leadership.
