Incorporating the full spectrum of marketing channels, his deep understanding of cultural challenges and opportunities in the 24/7 global digital marketplace has steered his career in helping define SMEs and large multi-million-pound organisations. Timothy builds consensus among C-suite executives and senior stakeholders to promote transparency and influence positive changes that keep businesses ahead of the curve in a sustainable way — on a corporate level, in both B2B and B2C sectors.
Timothy has earned a formidable reputation as a trailblazer. While at the helm of Digital Marketing at Headlam Group plc (circa £708million turnover), oversaw 11 companies under the group's umbrella. He led and repositioned Headlam Group plc's brand strategy, digital footprint and voice, and brought their marketing initiatives into the 21st century whilst contributing to new revenue streams from his innovative implementations. Additionally, Timothy took on interim responsibilities for the Headlam Group's businesses in the Netherlands, France, and Switzerland, showcasing his ability to manage diverse and international portfolios.
Prior to this, Timothy was in the music and entertainment industry, working with renowned artists and celebrities, including KSI, Ed Sheeran, and One Direction band, among others. Timothy was also one of the first people in the UK music/entertainment industry to start a digital street team for various A-List celebrities - a concept which has now been globally adopted by the masses today.
In his capacity as an advisor to company leaders and executives, he has also extended his expertise to individuals, including Jamal Edwards MBE, the Founder and CEO of SBTV, for whom he served as an advisor. Together with Jamal Edwards, Timothy collaborated and co-wrote the book titled "Self Belief: How to Be a Success on Your Own Terms," which went on to become a number one eBook bestseller in 2013.
Timothy currently spearheads Digital Marketing and Communications initiatives for Europe at Veolia Water Technologies; with a turnover of circa €25Billion.
