Tim Facklam joined Benchmark in 2011. He is currently group vice president, operations, overseeing sites in Rochester, Minn., Winona, Minn., Moorpark, Calif., San Jose, Calif., and Tijuana, Mexico. Prior to his current role, he was director of supply chain from 2011–2013 and general manager of the Minnesota division from 2014–2015.
Tim has an
extensive background in supply chain and operations management within the electronics industry. Prior to joining Benchmark, he was with IBM from 2004–2011 in operations management within the company’s Engineering and Technology Services division. Before joining IBM, he held division and regional supply chain director roles at Celestica from 1998–2004. Prior experience also includes time at Cray Research and SGI from 1988–1998 in supply chain and program management roles.
Tim earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and computer science from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
