Tim was Alliance’s (later Ascent’s) Chief Financial Officer from May 1997 through the acquisition in 2010 by Stryker.
Prior to joining the company, Tim was Chief Operating Officer of Healthworks Managed Care Services, Inc., a private company engaged in the provision of rehabilitation services.
He was also Chief Financial Officer of
Dynacare Health Services, Inc., a publicly traded health services company engaged in the business of providing home healthcare and laboratory diagnostic services.
Tim was Vice President of Versa-Care Limited, a private company engaged in the provision of accommodation for senior citizens.
