Meet Tim Dupell, a dedicated mental and behavioral health leader. For the past two decades, he has been committed to supporting and guiding therapeutic leaders to establish successful programs that provide effective care to struggling families. Dupell’s extensive academic background in business and economics, combined with his experience in
healthcare, has helped him create sustainable models for long-term success.
Dupell’s passion for helping others is the driving force behind his work. With family members who have experienced Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Addiction, and Autism, he understands the importance of personalized care to serve individuals and their families.
Before finding his calling in mental health, Dupell worked in finance, accounting, and risk management. He started as a CPA consultant with Ernst & Young and founded Family Help & Wellness. This organization provides mental and behavioral health services to youth nationwide.
Dupell has held various leadership positions in the healthcare industry throughout his career. He worked as a CPA specializing in healthcare and insurance. He later joined HMO Oregon/Capital Health Care, where he gained insight into areas where individuals needed to receive adequate service. As CFO of The Corvallis Clinic, he helped build financial sustainability and integrity, forming lifelong bonds with people who care about providing clients, customers, and employees high levels of respect, dignity, and appreciation.
Dupell’s empathetic expertise and dedication to supporting holistic treatment systems are unmatched. He places the highest priority on long-term patient success and improved family outcomes. He believes effective mental health care and advocacy are crucial to serving individuals and their families.
Dupell enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and traveling when not working. He is committed to giving back to the community and serves on the board of several non-profit organizations.
