Timothy R. Cobaugh is Axiall Corporation’s vice president of environmental, health and safety. Prior to the merger that created Axiall, Mr. Cobaugh was director of environmental, health and safety for commodity chemicals, optical and specialty materials at PPG Industries since 2007. Earlier, he served as PPG’s corporate director of safety and
